Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 14 days free. Your station goes on air straight away, and you can change plan or cancel before the trial ends.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, whenever you like. Moving up takes effect straight away, so live shows, requests or podcasts are ready as soon as you switch.
What happens to my music if I cancel?
Cancelling stops the stream, but your music is never deleted. If you come back, your station picks up where it left off.
What does “listeners at once” mean?
How many people can be tuned in at the same moment. It isn't a monthly total — a station on a 250-listener plan can reach thousands of different people over a month.
Do I need licences to play music?
If you play commercial music, you almost certainly do, and which ones depends on the country you broadcast from. We run your station; the licences are yours to hold.
